Terms and Conditions - As a ticket holder, I understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions of the Youth Service Bureau Raffle agreement set forth herein:
• This ticket represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize on the terms and conditions set forth below.
• The winner of the 2009 Mazda Miata or Pontiac Solstice agrees to accept the car, without alterations or additions, and all prize winners agree to accept prizes “as is,” with absolutely no express or implied warranties given by the Youth Service Bureau, Brian Harris Autoplex or Shell.
• Each winning ticket holder will be sent a “Winner Notification and Acceptance Letter” by certified, return receipt U.S. Mail. Each winner will have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to accept the prize by executing and returning the “Winner Notification and Acceptance Letter” pursuant to the terms stated herein. Failure to execute and return the “Winner Notification and Acceptance Letter” and accept the prize within a time period of seven (7) days, and pursuant to the terms stated there in will automatically result in the forfeiture of the prize, with no substitution or alternative prize. The prize will the be warded to the second runner-up, or to such runner-up that accepts the said prize pursuant to all stipulated terms and conditions.
• Except where specifically stated, prizes may not be substituted or exchanged or redeemed for cash value.
• The $25 ticket price is not deductible for Federal or State in come tax purposes. All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Access to all prizes by winners will be restricted until fully and unconditionally accepted by the winner on terms and conditions set forth herein and in the “Winner Notification and Acceptance Letter” and complete delivery is made to the winner. All prizes remain the sole property of Youth Service Bureau until unconditionally accepted “as is” by the winner.
• The Youth Service Bureau reserves the right to use the names, pictures, video images, and relevant quotes of all winners.
• Winners of each prize are subject to applicable Federal and State income taxes, due and payable at time of delivery.
• Purchase of this ticket constitutes full agreement by the purchaser with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
• Winners need not be present at the drawing. Void where prohibited by law.
• Proceeds will benefit the Youth Service Bureau CASA program.
